ABSTRACT:

Mobile phones have become a well-known utility in our surrounds as they have become smarter and more commonly used. As mobile phones become more common in society and more people can afford them, the desire for mobility is expanding to include teaching and learning. Services that are compatible with the concept of communication tools are required when using mobile as a learning tool. Mobile learning, also known as m-learning, is the use of small, portable hand-held devices (smartphones) that operate in a wireless environment and have an Internet connection. This paper, titled A review of m-learning A Portable Educator, discusses the numerous difficulties surrounding mobile learning, its importance, and how it might assist us as portable educator.
